SHAMELESS SELF PROMOTION

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING ABOUT COACH RAWLE CRICHLOW’S METHODS & MADNESS

“Keep up the good fight Rawle!

It’s work like you’re doing here that keeps everything moving.”
John O. (Former College Teammate)

“Thanks for including me on your mailing distribution. I love to see people doing great things with their lives.”
Lesley (Former College Classmate, Former co-worker, Friend)

“Thank you for your time and patience!!!”
Ruth King-Cole (Athletes' Mother)

“I am a parent of a traveling ball youth baseball player. Several years ago, I was looking for a track coach to increase my son's speed. I found private instructors who had professional athletes on their resume. My excitement turned south as their training methods were just that. They would put together several reps of different sets of exercise and after about an hour, practice was done. I didn't see much in the way of speed improvement, but I did notice his form appeared worst.

When I observed one of Rawle's training sessions and subsequent conversation, I knew I had reached pay dirt. First thing he did was correct the mechanics and increased speed appeared immediately. Donald enjoyed the training sessions as did my family. (What an atmosphere). You get no bull from his training, only results.
Rawle brings:
Speed
Motivation
Friendship
Family
Mentorship
Bottom line the guy knows what he's DOING.”

Donald Goodson Sr. (Athlete' Father)

“I am Dr. Olga Davis, Associate Professor of the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. I have had the opportunity of observing and participating in Coach Rawle Crichlow's coaching prowess and motivational tactics with athletes for approximately one year. As a health and wellness enthusiast, I too, have engaged in exercise activities with Coach Crichlow and have found him to be passionate for his profession, zealous in his care of athletes, professional in demeanor, and steadfast in commitment, excellence, and determination. Coach Crichlow is the kind of coach who supports with compassion, encourages both the refined athlete and novice runner, and aims high in his coaching tutelage while providing attainable expectations for his clients. We are healthier people; more conscientious of our eating habits and lifestyle choices as a result of knowing and being inspired by Coach Rawle Crichlow.”

“Rawle started coaching me about three years ago. He recruited me at the YMCA and said “you have allot left in you kid.” Rawle not only got me running in the 6 minute range for 5K's again he has taught me how to be mentally strong as well. He helped the Marcos de Niza girls bring their 1st Region title home this fall in the 5A2 Pima Region. Now being his assistant coach and athlete I have a knowledge of running that I should have had many years ago!”
Coach Anna Rodriguez/Marcos de Niza HS (Middle - Distance Runner)

“I have had a wonderful experience while participating with the track team. You are very knowledgeable, and it is evident in your coaching style. You believe in what you do, and are able to inspire those that participate to push themselves. You care about the athletes that you work with, and that encourages them to give their all. Keep up the good work.”
T. Green (Sprints, Basketball, Softball)

"Rawle trains people fast, sane, and humane. No miles upon miles just for the sake of doing distance. With Rawle's training programs, the workouts are fun, and you get the most benefit for the least amount of time. If you don't like the jogger's shuffle, I recommend the Crichlow hustle."
Adam Gaines (Distance, Adventure, Trail)

As a former athlete and trainee of Rawle, I would like to say how much he has made me strive for excellence in every aspect of athletics, education, and personal goals. The workouts may be over the top, but without pushing your limits you will get no where with your sport. I am a hurdler and have been one for the past four years. I never thought I would be where I am today, a 5A D1 state champion. I definitely could not have done it without Rawle's help and guidance. I recently had spinal surgery and it has taken a MAJOR toll on my body and the capabilities that I am able to do. However, I will not let that stop my aspiration to keep on running, weather it is competitive or just for fun. It has become apart of my life and I find myself missing the intense workouts everyday. I will be back soon however. Slowly but surely time will take its course and I will get back into my routine. I encourage everyone to at least give Rawle and his team a chance. It will do great improvements to your body as well as confidence.

There is a difference working with coaches who only look for their well-being and not their athletes. Rawle, however, puts his athletes first no matter the time or occasion and for this aspect he has become one of the greatest coaches I have ever worked with.

My scoliosis surgery has been a journey on its own and I am more then welcome to share it with anyone who is interested in hearing about it. I have learned to not forget the person I was before the surgery because no matter what has happened physically to my body I am still the same Nicole, going into the surgery room as I came out. Thank you all for all the support, it has made recovery that much easier.

Once again I highly encourage everyone to use their strengths to their fullest because if you never give yourself a chance, you may never know what you are capable of at the end. My goal was to become a state champion and if you let your goals go and forget about them you will never be able to see what you are capable of. I stuck with it and with A LOT OF PRACTICE... and days when I thought I was "going to die" it all paid off at the end. Self accomplishment is the best thing that anyone can give you and Rawle did just that. Thank you for everything you have done and I will see you soon at the hill or on the track.

If you have any questions about Rawle and his training I would be more then happy to give you my input and experience. If you have the opportunity to work with him, DO NOT LET IT SLIP AWAY. It is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Nicole
300 IM Hurdler :)

Thanks Rawle,
"Thank you so much for your time this past weekend. We had a great time and Kathryn's confidence is up again. She really needed that (reference to indoor track meet). We are very happy you are in our lives." Patti McNiel (Athletes' Mother)

Crichlow,
"For far too long Donald has viewed running faster as an obstacle, an unreachable journey. Your knowledge, training style, and personality have turned all of these negatives into moments of pleasure and success!" Donald Goodson (Athletes' Father)

Thanks Rawle for being a great coach! I've learned a lot training with you and I have a good time. I'm excited about this season and I'm thankful that I have someone who is as knowledgeable and encouraging for my coach. Arielle Allen (Sprints)

"It was great to watch my daughter train under you."

Yvette Goodson (Athletes' Mother)

Hi Rawle,
"I learned so much in just the first session. This morning, when I tried to put it all together, I realized I have a way to go, especially in keeping my arms relaxed."
Michelle Berman (Distance)

Feel The Heat Track Club is exactly what I'm looking for. I would like to start participating ASAP.

Ellison Clay (400m, 800m)

Rawle,
"Thanks for helping me & Don II out! Without you Don's baseball skills would be deficient."

Donald Goodson (Athletes' Father)

I would like to thank you for all the time you have spent with me thus far. You have given me the best training and with your help I hope to improve even more.

Nicole Kittelson (Hurdler)

"Thank you for training me. I appreciate your hard work that you put in to get me faster. I also want to say thanks for the Feel The Heat bag."

Sharkena Goodson (Sprints, Softball)

Didn't realize how much weight I lost until I put on a suit!!! Hadn't worn one in ten months and it's HUGE!!! Yippee!!!

Leah Greeves, Law Enforcement

Hello! I had my first practice today and we did the beep test and were supposed to get to at least level 10, but I got to level 11. Then we did the 10 x 110 yard turnovers all under 20 seconds and somehow I did them all! So I don't have to be in this thing called The Fit Club where you do extra running after practice! Like more than half my team is in it. Taylor and I were excited so she told me to text you :) Kaitlyn Glendinning, Angelo State University Soccer, Class of 2014
